Jack and Taylor were brother and sister. Twins actually. Some folks around town called them the Flynn Twins. Jack didn’t much care for the name, preferring his own version: Jack Hurricane and Tiny Taylor. As for Taylor, she liked being a Flynn Twin. In fact, she liked most things. Except being called tiny.
The twins were about 7 or 8 years old at the time, and they went to Fartem Smellementary school. At least that’s what they called it. They still liked fart jokes. But hey, who doesn’t?
They went to school and they did pretty well there. They got along well with other kids and got reports from their teachers that made their parents proud. Jack and Taylor Flynn didn’t cause too much trouble and every day was about as good as the last. That is, until they discovered Magic.
